Managing building anomalies

Using the web solution and mobile app, you and your team can report anomalies found in your buildings. These are then grouped together in your Deemply workspace. Reported anomalies relate to equipment not covered by the safety register. For example, roof terraces may require maintenance that does not need to be included in the safety register.

Generating quote requests

Once an anomaly is reported, you can ask one or more of your service providers for quotes. This feature helps you control your budget. Creating one or more quote requests in our solution is simple. After setting up your providers, you can generate a request in just a few clicks. You can generate multiple requests for the same anomaly. Once a provider submits their quote, you can accept or decline it with a single click. If you accept, our solution will prompt you to create the corresponding intervention, ensuring complete tracking and easy access to information.

Requesting interventions in your buildings

After reporting anomalies in your buildings, you can request an intervention from your provider without needing a quote. Simply go to the Deemply solution and submit the request, specifying your preferred date. Your provider will receive the request in their dedicated space and can accept or decline it. If they accept, they can sign off on the intervention directly via their mobile app or dedicated portal.
