By creating accounts for your teams, you give them the ability to report every issue they notice, directly from their smartphone or from the online workspace. When you create your users’ accounts, you fully configure their permissions: one user may only be able to report issues, another may have full rights, allowing them to manage, edit and delete where necessary. Your entire Deemply environment is customizable, for a tool adapted to your needs and your day-to-day work.

Yes. When creating the list of your service providers in your Deemply solution, you can indicate whether the provider is internal to your establishment. By ticking the corresponding box, you create all the technical teams for your buildings. When you handle an issue and create an intervention to resolve the problem, you select from your service provider database the team member who must intervene. Once this is set up, you manage your daily interventions with internal or external service providers. In every case, they are notified that they must intervene and can sign off the intervention from their app or their dedicated workspace, fully autonomously.

Yes. As soon as you send a request to your service providers, they are notified by email that they need to take action. This notification is generated automatically for quote requests as well as intervention requests, and a reminder is sent automatically if they don’t respond. From your Deemply workspace, you can also remind your service provider with a button: in one click, you choose which contacts should receive the reminder and send it without leaving your environment or writing an email.
