You set up your own rating criteria and calculation formulas upfront. Filling in your assessments then becomes intuitive: fields are easy to complete and calculations apply automatically, regardless of the number of work units and work phases. Your documents remain accessible and editable wherever you are, so you can present them to the relevant authorities or to your teams in a few clicks.

Visualize your risks and let Deemply alert you at the right time

For each assessment, you enter the risk rating criteria. The risk level is calculated automatically according to the rating method you defined. You customize your own color code to spot at a glance the risks that call for quick action, and you define the threshold above which an action is automatically added to your PAPRIPACT.

DUERPs must be kept for 40 years after they are produced. Deemply stores and secures your documents so you can meet this obligation without a second thought.

Manage your PAPRIPACT and your interventions from the same workspace

Filters and a clear color code instantly distinguish the actions to carry out, those that need reassessment and those that are complete. When works are needed, you create the related intervention in two clicks, with an internal or external service provider, and track its progress without switching tools. Once the action is reassessed, the new rating is automatically integrated into your DUERP.

Our module lets you import your DUERP into Deemply. Depending on your resources and needs, you can do this setup on your own or entrust it to our team. Yes, you can generate a PAPRIPACT in your Deemply digital DUERP. From the action plan tab of your environment, you create it in two clicks. It brings together all the actions decided to ensure the safety of your employees, and can be downloaded in Excel or PDF format. For each action, you can see the work unit concerned, the associated risk, its rating, the level of urgency, the cost to plan for, the forecast completion date, the person(s) responsible, and whether the action has been completed.
As with every module in your Deemply ecosystem, you enable several notifications in your settings. For the DUERP, you can enable the annual generation of your document and the annual generations that are coming due. These notifications arrive by email, on your mobile app or in your web environment. For the PAPRIPACT, on the same channels, you receive information about actions created, those reaching their forecast completion date, those whose date has passed and those that have been completed. Each user configures their notifications to receive only what they need.
